Australian Holly Ware Pink Lustreware Shell wall pocket vase c.1950s

This lovely wall pocket vase is in a very beautiful pale pink Lustreware glaze,  with deeper pink near the base, and is sure to be a hit with any ceramics and midcentury collector.

This was produced in Australia circa 1950s, by Holly Ware Pottery, and distributed in Sydney by Sullivan and Griffiths (who began business in 1953).

Truly a lovely and still very practical piece; wall vases are a lovely way to hold flowers, air plants, or even to be used as a letter holder. This vase can also stand up.

In good vintage condition with original sticker.
